I love watching the sun rise and set, especially at the expansiveness of an ocean beach. I appreciate the idea that a new day brings a fresh start and the end of the day brings rest. Whether it’s work, relationships, health, or anything else I am dealing with, a new day brings an opportunity to gather up new energy and try again; evening brings a chance to exhale and reflect.
