I honestly think that BMI measurement is one of the worst things to be introduced to people. It doesn't account for individual fitness levels, and many people leave feeling "fat", when they're perfectly healthy. I truly wish that more people woulg just get a body composition measurement, so that they can know what's really going on inside their bodies. I'm in the midst of losing weight, and I have not, and will not, be checking my BMI. I'm taking monthly measurements and having my BF% measured every couple weeks. People need to somehow realize that there is a BIG difference between being skinny and being fit. And that many people you'd consider "fat", are actually a lot healthier than their thinner counterparts.
