Being is the present participle of the verb “be”. In other words, it is a present action. It is not remaining lost in who we were yesterday or worrying about who we want to be tomorrow. It is who we are today; how we are living right now. Living with that attitude supports mental and emotional wellbeing.

Be committed to being fully present!
