On August 1st I wrote about trying to stay focused on the positive in spite of a sometimes overwhelming amount of negativity these times seem to bring. I launched the #100HappyDaysForEl2015 campaign and invited you to join the exercise by noticing the joy in your everyday.

What have I learned in the first ten days?

What you focus on is what you will find. Being mindful of the pursuit of happy, I am naturally more tuned in to the joy around me and consciously grateful for it.

Below are the photos from the first ten days of my current pursuit of happy. There is no real rhyme or reason, but there one commonality that stands out to me. Happiness is often found in the smallest of moments. That’s why being fully present is so important; you don’t want to miss the little glimpses of joy.

What little things bring you great happiness?
