In a staff meeting last week, the definition of integrity was discussed.  I thought I would prompt some further consideration of the topic with a few quotes.  Feel free to share them with your team members; it may start a productive dialogue.

Integrity has no need of rules. – Albert Camus

The glue that holds all relationships together — including the relationship between the leader and the led — is trust, and trust is based on integrity. – Brian Tracy

Your reputation and integrity are everything. Follow through on what you say you’re going to do. Your credibility can only be built over time, and it is built from the history of your words and actions. – Maria Razumich-Zec

Tuesday Tidbits are weekly messages I send to my leadership team. They are generally short & sweet, often focused on leadership or teamwork, always positive and, hopefully, motivational. I hope you also find some meaning in them.
