No matter how much things may change, nothing can change the value of teamwork. Having people with whom you can share a burden, brainstorm ideas, improve a process, solve a problem, celebrate success and plan for the future, always makes a situation better than if you faced it alone. That’s a true life statement, not just a work statement.
