For women concerned about the “glass ceiling” and how they may want to break through it, I would recommend the book “The Male Factor” by Shaunti Feldhaun. This data-driven book gives practical insights to women who find themselves trying to succeed in a culture “dominated” by men. She really helps women understand the culture of men and how they think. It’s a great book from a wonderful author!
